Regional Sales Manager - Client Services

A Regional Sales Manager is responsible to prospect and generate new business and grow existing accounts.  The primary focus area for this position is to sell client services including but not limited to: formulation, product development, commercialization, supply chain, production management and order management.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
  • Qualify leads to drive sales opportunities through research, prospecting, networking, and other lead generation opportunities
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients within an assigned sales territory
  • Prepare sales information and presentation for prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of BevSource’s services and pricing structure
  • Determine client needs and propose appropriate services
  • Propose client solutions that are mutually beneficial for both client and BevSource 
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and follow up with key decision makers
  • Achieve individual and sales team goals
  • Develop and maintain awareness of market trends and behavior 
  • Identify competitive industry situations and respond accordingly
  • Develop and maintain relationships that generate lead referrals
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree, focus in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years outside business-to-business sales with a proven track-record of success
  • Exceptional communication skills and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to hold accountability and act with a sense of urgency
  • Confident, creative and strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities 
  • Strong customer-service orientation with a will to win attitude
  • A competitive, self-starting personality 
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with NetSuite or comparable CRM or an equivalent CRM program
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Energetic and Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn and grow within the company
