Supply Chain Assistant

The Supply Chain Assistant is a support position for the Supply Chain Team.  This person will be responsible for aiding the Supply Chain Manager, Analysts and Planners in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to following up on the status of incoming materials, following up on production schedules, managing reporting for the team on a daily, weekly and monthly cadence, aiding in month end inventory reconciliation, and other ad hoc activities as required. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):


  • Assist in the maintenance of accurate inventory levels on packaging, raw materials, and finished goods
  • Request and receive month end inventory reports from all co-packing and warehousing locations
  • Data entry of inventory into NetSuite
  • Review and address any inventory discrepancies with Supply Chain counterparts
  • Prepare reports related to inventory status (aging, obsolescence, slow moving, etc.) to proactively assist Supply Chain in finding viable mitigations
  • Monitor the delivery status of raw materials and other inputs that may impact production
  • Assist in customer and team data analytics and maintain dashboards
  • Provide solutions, recommendations, and information with a sense of urgency, positivity, and empathy
  • Aiding in retain management
  • Utilize NetSuite and other systems effectively and participate in the BevSource EOS/Traction Process
  • Assist in carrying out customers complaint/claims investigations.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Associates Degree in business, technical discipline or 2 years of relevant work history required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferred
  • 1-3 years minimum of applicable experience is preferred
  • Customer driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn
  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners and coworkers
  • ERP/MRP software and computer skills (NetSuite, Microsoft Office, Power BI, Teams an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
